Important Delivery Information

• All orders require a signature and a PIN code upon delivery. Please note that DPD cannot leave packages in a safe place.

Additional Shipping Information

• The cut-off time for Express Shipping is 1:00 PM (GMT) from Monday to Friday. Orders placed after this time will be dispatched the next working day. Orders shipped on Fridays before 1:00 PM (GMT) will not be delivered until the following Monday.
• All orders must be signed for upon delivery.
• Once your order is confirmed, we cannot amend the delivery address, shipping method, or any order details, including product type, quantity, size, or colour.
• All orders undergo a fraud screening process prior to shipping. If an order is not automatically approved, there may be a delay in shipping. If your order is declined, it will be automatically refunded.

Why Does My Tracking Show "Label Created" But No Movement?

What Should I Do If My Package Shows as “Delivered” but I Have Not Received It?
In the rare event that this occurs, we recommend contacting DPD first. Since DPD requires a PIN code for delivery, which is sent to your email, they may be able to assist you. If they cannot resolve the issue, please reach out to us, and we can request DPD to initiate an investigation. Please note that this process may take 14-21 days to complete.

Can I Pick Up My Order from My Local Origin Kicks Store?
Web orders cannot be picked up from our stores after the order has been placed. To collect your order in-store, you must first cancel your existing order for a refund through our Web Support team.
