Can I purchase a Gift Card?
At this time, we do not sell Gift Cards online– they are provided only for eligible online order returns. To purchase a Gift card you will need to visit one of our Origin Kicks stores.
Can I use my Gift Card right away?
Once we receive your returned item(s) and our warehouse team confirms it to be in 100% original condition, it will then be issued to you via the email associated with the order. Gift Cards are typically provided within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends) of return delivery/processing.
When does my Gift Card expire?
Fortunately, Gift Cards do not expire!
Can I use my Gift Card at my local Origin Kicks store?
Yes, our gift cards can be used both online and in our Origin Kicks stores.
