We currently only offer Click & Collect as a form of purchase on our website.

All purchases made on our site are usually available to pick up within 6 working hours as long as our store is open.

Please ensure you bring your confirmation email, alongside your photo ID and the payment card used to place the order. Acceptable IDs are passports, ID cards, or driving licenses with a photo.

We will hold your purchase for 14 days, after this period we will automatically refund your order unless you have spoken to us via e-mail or a call where we have agreed otherwise.

Our in-store refund policy applies to all Click & Collect orders. We do not offer refunds on any purchases once the product leaves our doors, customers are welcome to try the shoe on and inspect them before accepting the pair.
