Additional Shipping Info:

  • Our order cut-off time for Express Shipping is before 13:00 PM (GMT) on Monday-Friday. Orders placed after this time will be despatched on the next working day (Please note orders shipped out on Friday before 13:00 PM (GMT) will not be delivered until Monday).
  • All orders must be signed for upon delivery.
  • Please note that once your order is confirmed, we are unable to amend the delivery address or method, or any details within your order, such as product, number of products, size, colour.
  • All orders are screened for fraud prior to shipping. If they are not automatically approved there can be a delay in shipping to you, if your order is declined by our system it will be automatically refunded.

Tracking shows my label has been created, but no movement. Why is this?

Your shipping status may take 1-2 business days before any location updates appear. If your tracking does not update after 2 business days, you may contact our Support Team at [email protected] and we will investigate the issue.

My package shows as “Delivered” but I never received it. What should I do?

Based on your location and pre-set preferences with the delivery courier, your order may be delivered to your building doorman, concierge, mailroom, or even at times, a neighbor who may accept the package in your absence. Please be sure to check with these individuals first. If you still do not have your package 24 hours after the delivery has occurred, please contact our Support Team at [email protected] and we will investigate the issue.

Do you offer same-day delivery?

Unfortunately, we do not offer same-day delivery.

Can I pick up my order from my local Origin Kicks store?

Unfortunately, web orders can not be picked up from our stores once the order has been placed. You would need to have your order canceled and refunded by our Web Support team and you will need to place a new order and select the 'Click & Collect' option at check out. For assistance with this, please contact our Support Team at [email protected] – be sure to include your order number in the subject line.
