Returns Policy

In-Store Return Policy

To ensure a smooth return process, please adhere to the following guidelines:

  • Condition of Items: All items must be returned in an unused condition with the Origin Kicks tag still attached. If this tag is removed, we cannot offer a refund or exchange, as the item will be deemed unsellable.

  • Exchanges and Refunds: We currently offer exchanges on footwear purchases for an alternative size or product. Alternatively, you may receive a refund in the form of store credit, which will be valid for one year from the date of issuance.

  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt is required for all returns to be accepted.

  • Footwear Returns: All footwear must be returned in its original condition, including the original sneaker box. If the sneaker box is damaged, your return will be denied, as we consider the box part of the product.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Items sold at a discount for any reason (e.g., sale items or items sold as damaged) are non-returnable under any circumstances. We do not accept returns on clothing or accessories purchased in-store; all sales of these items are final.

  • Quality Assurance: We conduct quality checks to ensure all items are sold in deadstock condition. Each pair includes a tag instructing customers to check for damages before removal. Once this tag is removed, we cannot accept any returns.

Online Return Policy

You have 14 days from the date of receipt to return items purchased online. Please ensure the following:

  • Condition of Items: All items must be in new, unused condition with original tags attached, including the Origin Kicks Authentication tag. Once this tag is removed, we cannot offer a refund as the item is no longer in sellable condition.

  • Return Method: All returns must be mailed using a tracked shipping method.

  • Shipping Charges: Please note that shipping charges, duties, and taxes are non-refundable. We do not accept returns or exchanges for items not purchased from www.originkicks.co.uk. All in-store purchases must be returned to one of our retail locations within 7 days for exchange or store credit only.

Online Return Instructions

  2. A return label fee of £6.00 will be deducted from your return.
  3. Alternatively, you are more than welcome to return your order in our stores free of charge.

Disclaimer

  • Return Monitoring: Frequent returns or unusual patterns of activity may be flagged in our system. If we identify any misuse of our return policy, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse current or future orders and returns.

Responsibility for Returned Items

Returned items remain your responsibility until they reach our stores or warehouse. Please ensure that all packaging is secure. We recommend you be satisfied with all items before removing any labels or tags, as we cannot accept returns if labels or tags have been removed or if items show signs of wear. All returned items will be inspected, and any in unsuitable condition will be sent back to you.
