ONLINE RETURN POLICY

  • You have up to 14 days upon receiving the shipment to return items. Item (s) must be in new, unused condition with original tags attached, including the Origin Kicks tag which is present on all of the items we sell, once this tag has been removed we CAN NOT offer you a refund as it is no longer in sellable condition. 
  • Orders must be returned by mail only using a tracked shipping method
  • Shipping Charges, Duties, and Taxes are non-refundable
  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for items not purchased from www.originkicks.co.uk (All In-store purchases must be returned in one of our retail stores within 7 days for exchange or store credit only).

  • Return Label Fee £‌5.00 (Will be deducted from your return).

DISCLAIMER

  • Frequent returns or unusual patterns/activity will be flagged in our system.
  • If we notice that our return policy is being abused or we identify an unusual pattern/activity we may cancel or refuse current, or future order(s) and returns.

IN-STORE RETURN POLICY

  • All items must be returned in an unused condition including the Origin Kicks tag attached which is present on all of the items we sell, once this tag has been removed we CAN NOT offer you a refund/exchange as the item is no longer in sellable condition as we will deem it to be have been used.  
  • We currently only offer exchanges on footwear purchases for an alternative size or product or a refund to store credit that can be used towards a future purchase. This voucher will not expire.
  • Customers will need to provide a valid receipt for the purchase so this can be accepted.
  • All Footwear must be brought back in its original condition with its original sneaker box. If the sneaker box is damaged your return will be denied as we consider the box part of the product. 
  • Items sold discounted for reasons such as a sale or sold as damaged are non-returnable under any circumstances.  
  • We do not accept returns on clothing or accessories purchased in-store, all sales are final.

    WE CAN NOT ACCEPT ITEMS THAT ARE DEEMED DAMAGED ONCE THEY HAVE LEFT OUR STORES. WE QUALITY-CHECK ALL OF OUR ITEMS TO ENSURE THEY ARE SOLD IN DEADSTOCK CONDITION. WE ALSO INCLUDE A TAG ON EACH PAIR THAT INFORMS OUR CUSTOMERS TO CHECK FOR DAMAGES BEFORE REMOVING, ONCE THIS TAG HAS BEEN REMOVED THERE IS NOTHING WE CAN DO.
